72 hour notice prior to arrival date required for advance deposit refunds.
24 hour notice required for any changes to departure date.
All suites have a maximum of 5 people in room, including children.
Extra adult (over 2 per room) will be charged $10.00 per night additional.
Only one parking space per suite.
Room and floor assignments cannot be guaranteed.
Check in is after 3 pm.
Check out is prior to 11 am.
No pets are allowed.
Children 18 and under are free when staying in parents room.
Barclay Towers is a 100% smoke free facility. No smoking is permitted in public areas, rooms or on balconies. A $250.00 room recovery fee will be accessed for smoking.
